Let’s make the introductions: My name is Berrak.

Born in Turkey on April Fool’s Day, I’m a newly minted U.S. Citizen, and one of those rare DC natives. I live in Washington, D.C. with my fiance, our hyper kitten and my Penguin Posse. I have a love (read: obsession) for all things social media, writing, and books.

With a decade of customer service experience under my belt, I’m a natural conversation driver.
